The room had a TV with satellite channels, central heating, and a work desk, and its proximity to the promenade, shops.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, but everything was perfect. The staff was fabulously friendly and nice, always on hand when needed. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Burger King that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Wonderful stay, as always. Location so close to Palenica, Szczawnica, and shops and restaurants. A lot of food options not too far away from the venue;)))

The staff here were incredibly friendly, the room was huge with a comfortable bed, a walk-in shower, and soft bath towels in the bathroom.

Our room was awesome - a big king room with its own bathroom. the location here was so convenient, super close to everything you'd want. the staff were really friendly and sweet. Couldn't have asked for more! 🌟.

The shared kitchen was very useful for self-catering, and we loved the organization of the fridge with numbered bins for each room. The cleaning staff was kind and kept everything in great condition. Checking in was a breeze with the lock box. The location of this hotel was perfect, right by the river and close to everything we needed.

The view from my room's balcony was absolutely stunning, with picturesque hills and forests surrounding the area. the room itself was spacious and kept in a clean and tidy condition. the shower was also well-sized and towels were provided, which was a nice touch. the shared kitchen was really convenient, with tea, coffee, and sugar available for use. I liked that each room had a designated shelf in the fridge, making it easy to store and find my own food. the location of the hotel was perfect, with amenities like the ski-lift and the town center within easy reach. Plus, there were plenty of parking spaces available.

That the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak when connected. But other than that, everything else was great!

The view from the balcony of the surrounding hills and forests was breathtaking. the spacious room for 2 people was kept clean and tidy. the well-sized shower with towels provided was a nice touch. the shared kitchen with tea, coffee, and sugar provided, along with individual fridge shelves for each room, was convenient. the peace and quiet at night in the room was impressive, and there were even ear plugs provided just in case. the hotel is close to amenities such as the ski-lift, the promenade, and the town centre. the multiple car parking spaces were a bonus, even though it's better to arrive early.

Had a great time skiing and cycling, thanks to the convenient location near the slopes and the beautiful views from the balcony. The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette. Loved it!

my recent stay in szczawnica was even better than before! poduszka exceeded all my expectations with its beautiful location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. the balcony view of the river and surrounding hills was absolutely breathtaking. the communal kitchen and assigned fridge bins were a convenient bonus. can't wait to come back again!
